We specialise in fault-finding and repairs to damaged wiring, both inside and out. We can add new extension outlets, including for ADSL broadband distribution. We will replace old fittings and wiring, if needed, maybe re-routing of wires for new carpets, building work, window replacement etc.

We can sort broadband difficulties and Internet access, with wireless router installation and set-up. We can advise on new phone selection, provide installation and set-up services and help with answerphone issues. Let us know what you want and we will try to help.

We are often asked to clarify whether a service failure is due to internal problems or external line / service difficulties. We can also advise on special needs equipment, such as flashing ring indicators, or handsets with special Amplify or Loud buttons for those with hearing impairment. Ideally, on-site work should be less than 20 miles from Lee-on-Solent, but includes all areas roughly within an arc from Eastleigh to Chichester, including Southampton, Hedge End, Alresford, Bishop’s Waltham, Petersfield, Portsmouth and Havant.
